31 weeks and 3 days UPDATE

Today I went and met with our backup doctor, she will be our doctor if for some reason Dr. Pushkin is unable to be there. I am hoping that Dr. Pushkin will be there on the special day, because she has been our person through out the whole pregnancy and has been wonderful.
Lil' Fisher is doing well. Today we listened to her heartbeat and it was about 130 bpm.
Down from her usual 150 but nothing to be concerned about.
A little over 8 weeks to go until we meet Lil' Fisher! I can't wait!

A funny thing I just came across while searching the web.. just in case Lil' Fisher is bald... So glad we can have a backup plan. Hah Hah! www.babytoupee.com

We are super excited. Now Little Fisher will just grow and grow in the next 10 weeks !

Studio Update

( and we wonder why the studio isn't completed yet)

Tony's good friend Jon came over this past saturday to help with the studio. His two adorable children were on hand to help with the work too. The guys got all 4 external walls up and started on the rafters too! Now all work has been put on hold as we have rain in the forecast for every day this week.
Tony rigged a tarp system that will hopefully keep the inside dry.. Let's hope it works.. cross your fingers~

Lil' Fisher is doing great

29 weeks and 4 days update

Just returned from the doctor and we found out that Lil' Fisher is doing well.
We found out that the placenta has moved position and that the head is farther down than the placenta... So it looks like we will not have to have a C-section birth.
So we shall let nature take its course over the next 10 or so weeks.
The doctor also took measurements of the little one and said that she has long legs!
From all of the measurements she took it looks like Lil' Fisher
is currently weighing in about 3 lbs 2 oz.
It will be super exciting to see how she grows over the next few months.
We are so happy to share a healthy baby report with you all.

Lil' Lily Fisher's Letters are done!

Today was a good day...

I am enjoying my time off before I go back to work in a few weeks. Today I went on a hike with the pups and enjoyed our 75 degree winter weather! I also am working on a small project for Little Fisher's room... Tony takes on the big projects and I stick to the small ones! I am not done yet.. But wanted to show you the work in progress.
Let's hope that I end up liking the end result.

Makin Room for Lil Fisher!

Well Tony is a project man.. and the latest project he has taken on ( besides that of becoming a father in less than 3 months) is a studio in the backyard.. The studio will allow us to make room for Baby Fisher in the house and now Tony will make a new home for his records and turntables in the studio. We also hope this can be a fun lil hang out spot too.
We have had great and much appreciated help from good friends.. We wanted to share a few pics of the progress thus far.

I went home to Marblehead, Massachusetts for the Holidays and my wish of a white Christmas came true.. I am a lucky girl. Marblehead got almost a foot of snow.. so we had to go out and enjoy it.. It was cold.. but so beautiful.. My dear friend Ashley's flight got cancelled and she got stuck with us for an extra day.. What a treat!

These were the best cupcakes I have ever had... I admit it.. I ate two! Soooo yummy!

Diane and Barbara did such a great job with the shower,,.. All the onesies were hung up and people decorated them with fabric markers.... So now Little Fisher has tons of custom onesies from the special people in her life.. What a cool idea... Thanks so much!

On Saturday December 19th we had a wonderful baby shower to celebrate the upcoming arrival of our Little Baby Fisher.. It was a great day filled with surprises ( Rachel and Zoe came up from D.C) and lots of great friends and goodies.. Thank you for all the great books and gifts for our little one.. And for being part of such a special day!
